Dispatch Queries

All of our items shipped to mainland UK are sent using UPS. We automatically send an email to you when we ship your item, you should then receive your item the next working day. If by the end of the next working day you have not received your item please contact us at customerservices@xpsdirect.com for further information

European Shipments can take longer, so please bear with us. For further information on shipping times, please see our shipping page where shipping times are displayed country specific. If you email us at at customerservices@xpsdirect.com for a tracking number please include your name and address to help speed up your enquiry

UK Shipping

All of our LCDS are shipped in the UK are done so using a UPS NBD service. Desktops and laptops come with free standard shipping which can take 3 - 5 days, and delivery can be upgraded to NBD UPS for a nominal charge. For further information please refer to the auction directly

All UK Auctions include free UK Mainland shipping via UPS. This means there can be no shock at check out when it's time to pay with surprise extra charges.

European Shipping

More and more customers are buying items from outside of the UK. So that we can still provide excellent value for money we have negotiated FANTASTIC rates to European Destinations

Western Europe is shipped via UPS and Eastern Europe is shipped to by Parcelforce or DHL. All our shipments are fully insured for loss or damage in transit

If you are buying on behalf of a company based in the EEC, provided you supply us with your VAT ID and your company details, we can sell EX VAT to yourselves. Please contact us for further information.

Returns Procedure:
